Important Terms & Conditions:
Return Ticket:
Complimentary ticket is for one return journey London ↔ Sylhet in economy class, with option to Business class upgrade discount at 30%.
Must be used within the first 12 months of launch.
Non-transferable; name must match Pioneer membership record.
Taxes, fees, and optional extras (seat upgrades, baggage beyond allowance) are not included.
Name on Aircraft Artwork:
Names will appear in the inaugural artwork for at least the first 12 months of service.
Positioning, design, and medium of display are at Sylhet Airways’ discretion.
VIP Lounge Access:
Lounge access applies to the inaugural flight only.
Access is for the Pioneer member only; guests may require separate passes.
Private Tour & Captain Meeting:
Subject to airport security clearance and operational schedules.
May be rescheduled if required for operational or safety reasons.
General:
Pioneer membership is a one-off payment and non-refundable.
Sylhet Airways reserves the right to adjust non-lifetime perks with 30 days’ notice.
