Important Terms & Conditions:
Flight Discount:
The 10% discount applies only to the base fare (excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, and optional extras).
Valid for 24 months from the (first month after launch).
Discount is personal to the named member and cannot be transferred.
Usage Limit:
Discount is valid for a maximum of one return flight per calendar year per passenger.
“Return flight” means a round trip between two destinations on Sylhet Airways’ network. One-way flights or multi-city itineraries will count toward the yearly allowance if equivalent to a return journey.
Eligibility:
You must be an active Flying Supporter (with payments up-to-date) at the time of booking and departure to use the discount.
The member’s name must match the name on the flight booking and ID used at check-in.
Booking Window:
Early booking access will be granted 24 hours before tickets go on general sale.
Early booking does not guarantee seat availability; normal fare rules apply.
General:
Membership is non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time, with benefits ending at the close of your paid month.
Sylhet Airways reserves the right to update or modify the benefits with 30 days’ notice to members.
